OLD REFUSING TO PROVIDE A STATEMENT OF MY POLICY

have been trying to get my statement from Old Mutual with no assistance instead I have been sent the policy document by Kareemah Sulayman, which I did not request. I was very clear on my email on my request including my twitter posts. I posted on twitter and was promised to called, to_date that has not happened too. I am writing here as my last resort before lodging a formal complaint with the Financial Services Board. I do no know why am I being refused a statement of my investment. I should be able at any point request the statement, after all it is my money.
