OLD MUTUTAL MAYBE TOO OLD

What a pathetic bunch!!! Nothing special, nothing spectacular!!! Just the same old same South African Insurance company - very quick to take the money for years and years, but boy, you wait until there is a query or a complaint. Thats when you get to deal with a customer service call agent that has the IQ of dead pond fish. So my father changed his bank, notifying Old Mutual on the 8th Of April 2019. After several calls from us to them , not the other way around ,people, we are still not an inch closer to getting the premium deducted. Unfortunately , time has come to name and shame pathetic and sub standard call agents and their companies in public. Im also not sure whether Old Mutual will respond, they might just say they never knew about hellopeter. Policy ref J Kitching Policy number ********** 60
