Old mutulal
I have submitted a claim form on the 10th March 2021 for my policy to be paid out. I have not had any feedback regarding the progress and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of anyone in your contact centre. All you hear is the music on hold, announcements and can you believe it, silence in between. I have been holding on endlessly without success. Terrible service
