Old Mutuao Group Schemes
Old Mutual Group Schemes have provided me with nothing but bad service! Been a victim of ***** (someone else took out a policy on my name SIX YEARS AGO) and no one is able to help me? Been struggling for two months now to receive communication regarding my ***** case. I have sent my documents in THREE times now and I STILL receive emails requesting my documents. The first time I sent documents in I was sent a form stating it would take 10 days for my payout and I am STILL waiting for communication. Very disappointed. No one I talk to at Old Mutual seems to know what's going on.
