Old Mutual…you really don’t want my business…the writing is on the wall!
I have requested many many callbacks around investing….not one call back. Then, I tried self service…I went to start a online account and invest that way seeing that no one wants to call me back. Only to be told on the website that my mobile number and ID number do not match. I never had an investment account with old mutual before….
I call the number provided, the agent cant help me because the mobile numbers I stopped using 15 years ago is still on your system and some technical issue.
So let me get it right, because you have an old mobile number that you cant change, I cant open an investment account.
Thank you, if it started off like this…imagine what is yet to come…
