Old Mutual(Very Poor Service)

I am deeply frustrated with the level of service I received at an Old Mutual branch in Carnival Mall. I have put in a notice to withdraw at the branch, and I was told that everything was processed pending the waiting period.I have been waiting ever since, till I decided to go to the branch again to follow up on the transaction. To my surprise the transaction was never processed in the first place, which didn’t make sense as I have received the statement for the transaction and a reference number. I had to start the process from scratch again and I am still waiting,I am very angry and I considering moving my money to a service provider that will respond more urgently to my needs.
