Old mutual's ********* behaviour

I cancelled two investment policies with old mutual more than a year and a half ago and yet they still deduct the amount every month. This makes no sense. Now, I have to go into the branch and fill in forms to have my own money returned to me. I have since forwarded the matter to the ombudsman. Will never interact with them again nor recommend them to anyone I know.
