Old Mutuals service is pathetic. Needed them to do a security session and its been a week and a day ,because of this I can not collect my car

Experience was unpleasant. We bought a car and needed old mutual to do a security session to my boyfrieds company. It has been more than 1week now after numerous calls to our financial advisor complaining to him, he made contact with them and they came back saying that its being processed, after more calls they needed an id. And documents had to be, signed. Everything was done on our part but still I cant receive my vehicle because old mutual is dragging their feet. Now we have to pay extra money (for an extra policy) just so we can get the car and make things move along. We are unhappy ,after we lodged a complaint no one has made contact with us sins last week. Pathetic!!!
