Old Mutual's ***** policy resolved within a week thanks to hello peter
I raised a matter of this platform a week ago and am happy to say that my issue has been sorted out within 7 days. What took 3 months to resolve was finally given attention after I publicly raised my dissatisfaction. Investigations were done and constant feedback was provided. Thank you. I'm just waiting for my refund now. 3-5 working days.
