Old mutual's pathetic service

This company has the worst service I have ever experienced. I had an issue with them paying a claim from my late father's retirement, I had to call in everyday until they decided to pay it,unfortunately the Estate late bank account with FNB was on hold pending validation of Authority letter,the funds were then returned to Old mutual. The hold on the bank account has now been removed,Old mutual does not want to pay the money. I am being told to send documents which I already sent and they have in their possession, I fail to understand why and no one can explain it to me. Now even thou I have resent the document,no money has been paid. I would like to warn people not to have anything to do with Old mutual.
