Old Mutual's level of high incompetence in administering premiums!!

If you are going to take up a policy with Old Mutual and you want deduction through stop order, think again - their back office (headoffice) they cant even deal with a simple one transaction of that nature- in fact if its a life cover you have to be very carefull because the way they are just not so serious about resolving anything it could happen that you have a record of missed premiums, just think in the mist of such incompetence what will happen to your family if God remembers you? they will be pulling some of stands of clauses in the policy doc that says if you miss premium you automatically forfeit, because that they never forget to remember!!
