Old MuTual's IT Department's incompetence

Refer previous review of my perception that Old Mutual's website is the worst on th globe. Their IT departments incompetence to reverse that percption is now evident. My request to escalate this incompetence to Management gets ignored. Again, this evening, they failed to perform within their own standards.
