Old Mutual’s ineffective claims dept

I have been trying to establish why the Old Mutual claims department is delaying the payout of a death benefit. A Mr Sampson has tried to help and a Mr Engelbrecht, as manager, has not bothered to call despite undertakings by the dept. Old Mutual your claims dept is probably indicative of your board room stuff ups.
