Old Mutual's horrible service

Old mutual S.A is a ****ty company!!! A claim I made in June has not been payed out yet. The money was to bury my father and because of their inconsiderate behaviour we ended up having to get a loan to bury him. Their consultants don't know how to do their jobs, every time I go there, they tell me about a different form that needs to be filled out. I've had it with this ********* company, they made my greiving process even harder and I would never recommend them to anyone!!!!
