Old Mutual’s horrible after sales services

I ha been trying to change my bank details with them for a year now. Consultant asked for my bank statements and then did nothing. I tried the app, i had to reset my details and when i did, they sent new details. I simply copied and pasted what they sent but the app said the details were incorrect. Their after sales services is absolutely horrible. Once you sign and they take their money, they no longer care for client. I cannot even cancel my policies because i cannot get ahold of anyone. Today, after being on hold for 35 minutes. The line just cut!
