Old Mutual's Failure to pay out retirement.

My father has been trying to claim his retirement fund for a month now, to no avail. He is being sent from pillar to post, from an automated Whatsapp inbox which is not even efficient to different call center agents who provide no help except to say they have escalated the problem. They keep on requesting personal documents which we do send, however end up nowhere as the claim remains pending from one consultant to another even after being assured it will be processed. My father was expecting this money before Christmas, but seemingly it will be a dry Christmas for him although he has been saving money for such times as he is retired.
