Old Mutual's error negatively affecting compliance in respect of my Tax return

When the tax season opened, I submitted my tax returns, however SARS indicated that the directive provided by Old Mutual in respect of my pension fund was invalid. I have been communicating with Old Mutual since 19 August 2020, since there were no withdrawals from my pension fund, but the funds were transferred from the superfund to the old mutual preserver. Old mutual confirmed the aforementioned and indicated that no tax would be app****. Old Mutual confirmed during various calls to the contact centre that they could not provide me with an IT3 certifcate, since I have made not withdrawals, even though on the SARS system it reflected a IT3 submitted by Old Mutual EB Orion. However on 10 September 2020, Old Mutual emailed an IT3 certificate to me (Ryan Schuter).

The directive app**** for by Old Mutual in error has subsequently been cancelled by SARS and they are awaiting an amended IT3 before I can file. This IT3 should never have been sent to SARS in the first instance as no funds were withdrawn. I responded to the said email on 11 September advising Old Mutual of the cancellation of the directive, and followed up on 30 September 2020, however to date no response has been forthcoming. I called the contact centre on 8 October 2020, and was advised by the agent (Tamryn) that she does not deal with this but would follow up and revert back to me. I am not able to able to finalise my tax return, as SARS is awaiting an amended IT3A reflecting that the funds were transferred internally and not withdrawn. I am unable to submit my tax return without the aforementioned information, because SARS is not allowing me to, the correction is filed [SF***] - Ref: [SFMQ***]. I have less than a month to finalise my tax return, and if the error is not corrected timeously, penalities will be app****, when it was not my error to begin with.
