Old Mutual's disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service. I asked for a reinstatement of my policies in November and was told they have taken the instruction, it is November now and im still begging these people to do business with me.

Iv decided to withdraw all my investments and invest with a different investment house. Even that is still an issue. Im totally disgusted in the level of incompetency of Old Mutuals staff memners, totally no desire to assist they clients. It disgusting. Imagine having your family having to deal with these people upon your death.
