Old Mutuals client services stinks

Tried calling Old Mutual from my cell phone and had to wait for over half an hour before a consultant could answer. After explaining my reason for the call, he rudely says that he cannot assist and he will now put me to another consultant and puts me back in the queuing system. Here again u must wait, give all your details to a machine and after another 20 minutes the line is disconnected. Pathetic service and total disrespect to clients. Disgusting service.
