Old Mutual's BIG RA ****!!!!!!!!!!!!

My ****her in law was ill advised by your Financial Adviser by the name of Shelley Rowe when hee retired and turned 65 earlier this year to invest his retirement payout into an RA , setting the payout at 2.5% annually, divided by 12 months... which means he receives close to nothing monthly and has no other income source....

Added to this, you will not allow him to withdraw or cancel this RA which is odd seeing as he has already retired, over the age of 65 and has no income source.

Your call centre consultant Rieshqah Daniels at your Cape Town call centre was also very unhelpful and only said she would escalate when we asked to speak to a manager or someone senior.

This is a grave error, misjustice and pure ***** as my Father in law cannot afford to fulfill his monthly commitments and payments while you guys are holding on to his funds because your financial adviser sold him a non-sense product which did not meet his profile at the time just so she could earn commission.

We are considering our options and are at the point where we want to come to your offices in Sandton to have this resolved once and for all... IT CANNOT BE RIGHT THAT A CLIENT MUST STARVE WHILE YOUR CONSULTANTS ILL ADVISE GOT HIM INTO THIS SITUATION WHILE SHE ENJOYS HER ILL GOTTEN COMMISSION... UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!
