Old mutual.really bad service.not recommended

I had an issue with old mutual a month or two ago that was only resolved after posting my review on hello peter.i have been sending them over 20 emails regarding the reinstatement of my paid up policy.80 % of those email never respond with a confirmation from them with a ref nr.eventhough i used the correct email address.finally i received a response that my request has been considered and reviewed and i will get a response in five to seven working days. Two weeks later...nothing. really guys.you are suppise to a good and reputable company.but i am sorry the service you provide is worse than government institutions.and trying to phone you is a total nightmare.you either hold on for hours or the phone goes dead.would not recommend this company to anyone
