Old Mutual"POOR SERVICES"

Very disappointed by the company called Old mutual' I never thought I will struggle like I did today. I went to the branch in Loch Logan mall in Bloemfontein' the only thing I needed was a withdrawal from my investment policy 2in1. The system was off life I must come back after an hour,Wich I did' when I got there same story I left. Went to the branch in Charlotte maxeke street in Bloemfontein"old mutual" same story. The last stop I went was at middestad mall in Bloemfontein. I was assisted by the lady called Maggy not sure about the name but she did wonders;-)😉she tried. To my surprised why all those last two branches mentioned above was I not given the services that I deserve. They didn't even try for alternative route. I was told that they can't pick nothing from your system with my I'd nor policy number. And my problem is being escalated after 10days will have feedback. First of all I need my money, secondly when you deduct money from my account I dnt give you exuses' my account don't go offline. I need clarity' this means that my beneficiary are going to suffer. Is better is I cancel and put my money into the matters,where I will take it anytime I want. NO OFFLINE!!!!!!!
