Old Mutual?....please....you are Old Mutation

To: Old Mutual: I have submitted my withdrawal forms for the Superfund Provident Fund more than 18 months ago, and your employee Arn Smith failed to account for the forms that we sent him and ever time that I called him he told me that he is busy and that his laptop is faulty. He ignores all the emails that I sent to him, I logged a complain on ***, but not response....the call center lady refused to tell me her name nor give out her email address. Maybe the Ombudsman will make them pay my money......
