Old mutual you are bad

Bad experience they sold product that I don't need I only realise when I visited them yesterday. Today when I ask all my money they say I won't get it, I want my money back.

The product is called saving to retirement I don't need that.

I don't understand whether they misinform all their clients or what. I was told this is a normal retirement where I would receive my tax certificate but eventually things have changed. If you send people to use who do not know their product that is your problem, I just need my money back so we can depart in peace

I am pleased to confirm two payments were made to your bank account. On 07 August 2018, we paid an amount of R2843.81 and on 20 August 2018 we paid a further amount of R1479.41. This is a full refund of premiums which we received.
