Old mutual would do anything not to payout!
Its actually infuriating how bad Old Mutual's service is. Its appauling that neither the call centre agents nor the branch have made means to finalise my claim,which is from A YEAR AGO. Neuther the Tsakane,Springs or carnival mall branches have made means to help.Despite having lost someone, having this drag on for so long,excuse after excuse yet they have all the required forms is awfully exhausting
