Old Mutual - Worst service ever.

Worst service I have ever received from any company. I cancelled my policy and got confirmation there of, 30 days later in the new month they debited my account again. I contacted my broker and they confirmed that it was an error and that they would refund me but it would take 30 days. But if you pay late by 1 day they cancel your policy and blacklist you. None the less i waited for the 30 days for my refund, and guess what they debited my account again, 2nd time. After really complaining I was told that they had system issues and would urgently attend to my complaint. It is now another 21days later and i have not heard anything. I understand that system errors do occur, but this is absolutley pathetic, they are a financial institution that cannot run a basic administration and account system.
