OLD MUTUAL - WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

I filed for a claim for someone who passed away in 2016 and even today nothing has happened, whenever I try to follow up on the claim a new query is lodged and that means no one really cares to help and solve this issue. I wish I could afford a lawyer, this company is really really really NOT TRUSTWORTHY your service is the worst but your marketing and deceiving s****s are the best you can't keep your promises and you even fail to tell me where have I gone wrong with this claim not to be processed. Old mutual is a money-making scheme and should not be trusted, 3 years have passed and I'm still waiting for this money-making scheme to process my claim.
