Old Mutual WORST service ever

I don't know what to do anymore, try to finalise a death claim on a anuity fund and have to wait 15days in between each call with absolute no feedback.. having the phone put down in my ear..saying they are investigating but have not asked me for any documents.. I was told today that these claims can take up to 1 year.. how is this possible?! Momentum took a month or 2.. So dissapointed!
