Old Mutual, worst service and no feedback!

The worst service I have ever received from a financial institution. I have been waiting almost 2 months for a payout on a policy and no feedback or correspondence from Old Mutual. The only way you can get hold of them is via the call centre and calls just get escalated and passed on to the next person.

To date i still have not received my payment!!!!!
