Old Mutual Worst Service
If I could give a 0 rating I would, received my notification from SARS that all is well with my withdrawal request and still nothing from Old Mutual, same answer wait for the 30 days, it has now past the 30 days and still nothing. For the last two days you can not get through to the call Centre, it just disconnects after a while. People from other institutions have received their money in two weeks and we have to wait for how long.......... Pathetic

05 Nov 2024, 12:38I have not gotten any feedback from all three times this was escalated, I have been phoning sending emails and still no feedback, Is my money still there or is it gone. How can one company be so bad to its customers.
