Old mutual worst service

I went to old mutual on friday the 20th October 2019 to get my de-investment... Was to told i'd get the money 3-4days... Still today no money in the bank... Needed the money as in yesterday.... i called them... i'm told they only processing the money now its 10 days later.... What an inconvenience... very un-thoughtful... Very un-feeling... i'd advice anyone against taking any policy with them... Going to start with my family since they ruined my trip
