Old Mutual - worst insurance company !!!

Service is absolutely pathetic from managers and brokers. Accounts department have been debting all incorrect premiums. When you query it they take 2 weeks to get back to you and then don’t even send you a statement of account. Whilst in the middle of a pending claim they cancel your policy and claim to not pay out the claim. And to date have not received the statement of account. I have been querying my policy outstanding balances and no one sent me any info whilst in the middle of a claim make you sign an AOL and then cancel the policy. They don’t care about their clients. They took out 4 debit orders from my account in one month and still cancel my policy for none payment This has happened to my personal and our company policy before even signing a quotation or a debit mandate they debit your account with out your permission. I urge people not to use this service provider.
