OLD MUTUAL WORST COMPANY EVER

Worst experience ever. My greenlight policies which I have been paying for more than 5 years were cancelled without my knowledge. I just notice by my debit orders not going out of my account. I'm sitting and relaxing thinking that me and my family we are covered but nothing. I phoned old mutual and they told me I have to revive the policy. They send me forms which I filled but 3 weeks down the line I still don't have my policies back. The call center guys keep taking me up and down. Some of them deliberately drops the phone and they never call you back. I JUST WANT MY POLICIES BACK. I THINK I NEED LEGAL ADVICE ON THIS MATTER
