OLD MUTUAL WORST Client service bank in SA
<div>This bank is the Worst Bank ever they don't consider clients needs and we are seen as mere reference NUMBERS OMG they take forever to assist and I wouldn't recommend Anyone to Invest or Use Old Mutual as a Partner they the worst bank ever</div>

16 Jan 2023, 09:46Hi Bilqees, all I need from you guys is to Disinvest my policy number ***9 and if there's a penalty fee let me know how much it is so we can part ways and I receive my R200 000 that I invested in July 2022. I am unemployed and I have hungry mouths to feed and school fees to pay....my question is how do I do such when I have no form of Income yet Old mutual is holding my money based on a restriction ending July 2027...I cannot wait 4 years to feed my family and pay expenses...I've been requesting this money since 31st of December 2022. To date all I get is reference numbers but no solution to my problem.

16 Jan 2023, 09:58Please resolve ASAP the torture and unfairness this process is on my kids is really making me Angry and am quite disgusted in the way you guys brush us clients off by giving us a ref number instead of attending to the problem. 2 weeks of back and forth emails is not what I expected when I invested my money with you guys. Honestly I regret ever walking into Westgate branch I just want my money please treat this as URGENT!!!
