OLD MUTUAL WON'T PAY POLICY CLAIM

My mother has been trying to claim from the policy she had on my father for more than 6 months now , everyday is a new story of things they need, we submit and the same thing is sent again , we have tried to want to speak with the assessors of the claim but with no luck. My advice don't take out insurance with Old mutual, they won't help you when it's to pay.
