Old mutual won't let me spend my points. . Bad service

Had I known that I won't be able to spend my rewards points I wouldn't have bothered to join. I submitted my documents on 2023/02/02 for verification but every time I try to redeem my points it says I must submit documents. i updated my address but still nothing. I want to spend my points. Its been a month already
