Old Mutual withholding tax cerficates

Access to tax certificates from old mutual is the worst service. They don't even send information to SARS before hand. Now I am struggling to get tax certificate for my retirement annuity. This shows how one will be struggling to get money during retirement age. SARS tries to make it easy for people to submit returns while Old Mutual make is submission difficult. All my other information is already captured in SARS. Old Mutual is the only outstanding one, and then access to tax certificate is a nightmare. Why are the certificates not easily accessed like other service providers. There are not even in our contract documents.
