Old Mutual withholding my money

Such a lie when someone is seeking for help claiming their money. Aneeqah Khan told me several times that they submitted a request for tax directives to SARS. I checked with SARS and found that there's nothing submitted. I wonder what the reason behind such lies could be. I can't believe I've been waiting for long enough now, just for some small stuff. Just click and submit for its my own money I need. Ref CASC***
