Old Mutual withholding my documents as I want to cancel

On 19 March i sent an email for some information as I intend doing a Section 14 transfer, reason being, that since my broker passed away many years ago, I was left broker-less and without any support. To date, I have not received any feedback with regards to my request. Numerous emails to the complaints email is ignored. Stay away from Old Mutual
