*********** Old Mutual with no customer care

I had a savings policy with Old Mutual which i closed in 2022. Now Dec i got a dedution from my payslip and when i chech the documents signed that is not my signature also i lodged a complaint which was never attended instead they deducted again Jan and when i call i need an hour to hold before i can get someone or it just drops i a disappointed in such an old and well known company as Old mutual why is it that my complaint was never attended for more that a month now yet i stated clear that there was a ***** done to me by them. Not even once did i ever received a call that shows that they are on my case and i have been taken advantage simply because i trusted them with my details. I would never recomment this company to anyone especially now that they do not care about their clients even after they received an urgent complaint they are just relaxed.
