Old Mutual Wills are not safe custody!
My mother and I have our wills with Old Mutual.It is kept in safe custody,which we pay a yearly fee for.In 2024,I received a message that my fee did not go off.After numerous mails and communication we realised that there were TWO wills.I completed TWO debitorder forms and it was confirmed that the system was updated.A week ago,I received the same message.The debitorder didn't go off....They DID NOT UPDATE the system.I am waiting now 2 weeks for Nedbank to reply and even wrote a review.No success
