Old Mutual will ***** you over! Don't trust them!

<p>So Old Mutual literally *****ef my father over! My father had a saving account with Old Mutual of of he was suppose to receive after he went on retirement. So instead of getting what was due to him the finavila adviser went and recklessly went and made decisions that would cost my father R 45 000.00. So the ****** then sent an email stating that it was a mistake from their side but THAT HE WOULD NOT GET HIS MONEY because of issues with SARS. When we questioned this we were given the run around people taking time to respond to emails and not coming back and my dad. </p> <p>But the biggest shock was when they offered him R 10 000. 00 for the loss on lettet that was attached to the email (NOT EVEN ON AN OLD MUTUAL LETTERHEAD) stating if my father accepts the R 10 000.00 that Old Mutual will not be held Liable for the error that was made on their side¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just how ***** ate these people?</p> <p>They claim that they care about the people but they would rather let him lose the rest of HIS MONIES AND cover their tracks. This has been extremely difficult fort his and has not laced him understand more stress as he is dealing with the Ombudsmen office with irrelevant emails to and fro. Just how do we handle this because I'm worried about him now? </p> <p>Old Mutual does not care about its clients, it would rather cover their mistakes while robbing you. Old mutual cares for no one else but their own interests. People trust them and then they do this.! I am terribly upset and disgusted by this whole thing and I would advise people to stay away from them!</p>
