Old Mutual will not pay out provident fund

Old Mutual South Africa is absolutely useless. Emailed them and they said provident fund is authorized and payment will be done in 3 working days (which would have been yesterday)but no payment received. I had already made arrangements with all my debtors for the 16th, however when I phoned this morning I was told 20 days, I told the operator that is NOT what I was communicated to via email. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she cut off the line. They are witholding 40 000+ from me and now I am being penalised by my debtors for late payment. I have Facebook messaged them, emailed, phoned and NOTHING.
