Dear Old Mutual Pension Fund Investors of South Africa

Old Mutual claims and promotes to change bad experience positive, on their website which is gibberish, pure nonsense and untruth. I am struggling now, four years to get information, proper administration and statements from them to analyse the deductions, advisors fees, BEE deductions, penalties etc by means of audited financial statements from the Actuary, (since my investment took effect), which they cannot provide, to indicate misplaced funds. Correspondence without letter headings, pages of letters not numbered, old photo static copies of copies which forms part of the agreement of the investment. They "cherry pick" issues which they like to address, whilst disregarding other issues and then consider it is solved and case closed. Their financial advisors contradict one another and internal conflict hampers their performance and service, furthermore they blame the Government, BEE, State Capturing, Covid 19 etc for their poor performance. Don't trust Old Mutual with any investment . They openly and blatantly ***** from you and when you want answers on their ethic and other issues, their Advocates takes on threatening roles.
