OLD MUTUAL ... Why ??

I cannot begin to describe the frustration and great inconvenience OLD Mutual is causing me. I have been a loyal client of theirs for well over 25 years with multiple policies and portfolios with them and this is the thanks I get !

Moving my retirement over to your fund was the biggest mistake ever ! Why is it taking you months and months to sort out what should have been a matter of weeks? I, have to be the one to chase up with you people on how far my money and more importantly WHAT the issue is? This is ridiculous !

No time frames given, no calls / contact made to update me.. ? What do you think i live on month to month knowing I sent over all my retirement funds to you ? My phone has been suspended... My municipal account is behind and my water may be cut any day now. .. I have no money to but my meds and OLD MUTUAL is seating with my millions without a care in the world. !

If I do not get a call back ASAP i will look for a solution from the Financial Ombud. this is madness !
