Old Mutual - WHERE IS GRANT ENGELBRECHT CLAIMS MANAGER

I have been an OLD MUTUAL client for 12 Years now. In my portfolio I have an income sickness benefit which would pay me a monthly income every month should I ever get sick.

6 months ago I put a claim through with my advisor who wrote my policy.

My Claim has not been attended too. When you call the claims department No one answers.

Neither do They do not reply to emails. My claim has been sitting with Old Mutual Claims with a Grant Engelbrecht for over 6 months now.

He is never at work as his phone rings constantly with no answer. ***. I have tried calling him over 100 times in the past couple off months. His phone just rings. Where is Grant ???
