Old Mutual whats happening with my policy
I have a police that has not been paid out yet and we have sent through all documents in June already. One person has already received their payments about tweeks ago but my policy and my Uncles policy have not been paid. I had it escalated last week Wednesday ( 8 July) and still nothing. Whats goimg on as my financial advisors also phoned and we are no further???

17 Jul 2021, 11:55I have still not received my claim payout. My uncle also logged a complaint on Hallo Peter and was sorted out the next day. All i get is promises that thigs are on track. I have waited and waited al long time now. It was escalated on the 7 of July 2021 and I am still waiting come on this is unexceptable.
