Old Mutual - what a huge disaster!
I asked Old Mutual to add in my youngest daughter as an additional life covered on my Old Mutual Funeral cover, and someone in that division decided to replace my eldest daughter with my youngest on my policy, which is not the instruction I submitted. And this was after a struggle to even get this done!
