Old mutual What a crock

Appalling service. My consolidation loan was approved only awaiting relevant documentation. I struggled for a week to get everything e mailed and eventually had to email page by page while phoning several times to get an update as they do not feel the need to phone or email you and update you. and to top it all off my approved loan was now declined! I have emailed and called to get assistance but I'm positive that I will not receive any reply.
