Old mutual westgate mall roodepoort pathetic service

My experience with old. Mutual so far has been pathetic, I have been with old mutual for over ten years now, I have educational plan for my kids and funeral cover for me and the family with them, since July this year I have been receiving the calls from old mutual saying my policies has been lapsed but to my surprise they been debiting my account every month with no fail, when I speak to a consultant who normally help me at the branch westgate mall Roodepoort I got horrible attitude I tried to get ahold of old mutual head office dont no one answered the call, well I understand it's Covid time but still I feel thats when old mutual should shows us that they will be here for us in time of needs, but according to the recent experience with them am very disappointed with them, I know think it's better to get another service provider as my old mutual fail me
